Cambridge Advance Level

The advanced Level (A-Level) Programme is usually two-year course designed to prepare candidates for university admission. Holders of A-Level Certificate are entitled to 200 level entry into the university (Direct Entry Route).

The source of the A-Level Programme being run by Delcasc is CAMBRIDGE UNIVERSITY, LONDON. The Cambridge A-Level Programme is an international qualification that is accepted for direct entry universities anywhere in the world. In Nigeria, the Programme is supervised by the British Council. Deltas Careers College is the only accredited attached Centre to run the Cambridge A/Level Programme in Delta State.

The A-Level Programme is run for 18 months. Admitted candidates Spend 18 months attending taught classes and thereafter sit for external examination supervised by officials from the British Council. The external examination is conducted twice yearly i.e., May/June and October/November in each year.

Admission into the programme is by merit. A candidate has to purchase the application for admission form and thereafter sit for the entrance examination.

Entry Requirement


  • To qualify for admission, a candidate must have 5 relevant O/Level Credits in either W.A.E.C or N.E.C.O. GCE.
  • Photocopy of the student Birth Certificate.
  • Original and Photocopies of all relevant document (W.A.E.C, N.E.C.O)
  • 4 recent passport photos
